This is not a temporary diet. This is my life, one day at a time. I'm making new habits and dropping the bad ones (as well as some excess weight). I want to finally feel comfortable in my own skin, without the embarrassment that comes with the bulge.

I am not a nutritionist. I am not a registered dietician. I am just a man on a mission. And this is my online documentation of physical and mental transformation.

NYC Endurance: Running Seminar 4.17.11

Not only is this going to be an awesome seminar, it’s being held at my CrossFit box :-)

I signed up for this over a month ago, and honestly forgot it was happening. But it couldn’t come at a better time since I am starting regular runs again this week. Hope to see some of you NYC runners there!
