Move - a lot.
Never give up.

This is not a temporary diet. This is my life, one day at a time. I'm making new habits and dropping the bad ones (as well as some excess weight). I want to finally feel comfortable in my own skin, without the embarrassment that comes with the bulge.

Got my taxes out of the way…

and I’m getting a HUGE refund this year. Instead of doing something crazy with my money, I’m going to open a Roth IRA for my retirement.

**shudders** When did I get so old?!?
