I am overweight. But I have a plan...

Eat better food.
Move - a lot.
Never give up.

This is not a temporary diet. This is my life, one day at a time. I'm making new habits and dropping the bad ones (as well as some excess weight). I want to finally feel comfortable in my own skin, without the embarrassment that comes with the bulge.

I am not a nutritionist. I am not a registered dietician. I am just a man on a mission. And this is my online documentation of physical and mental transformation.

What can I say…I’m addicted. This gives me 3 months to prepare if I get accepted.
