Wednesday 9.15.10
I think I’m going to make Wednesdays designated rest days for the next couple of weeks…at least until I get through my foundation classes at cross-fit. Just the thought of running today, sandwiched between two WODs makes me feel sore.
I’m just not ready for that…yet ;-)
