WIW - PROGRESS?
I’m completely baffled by my weigh-in this week. Since my last WIW, I’ve done 3 cross-fit WODs, gone for two 4 mile runs, and only ate horrendously over budget on Saturday (which, consequently, was one of the days I ran over 4 miles and did a self-prescribed WOD).
I try not to let things like this bother me, because ultimately it’s pointless to get worked up over one weigh-in. Especially since I’m doing the fat::muscle ratio calculations myself and I know they aren’t super accurate readings.
But damn if it isn’t irritating wondering what I did wrong. Grrr….
